Understanding & Using PubMed®

PubMed is a service of the National Library of Medicine that includes over 16 million citations from MEDLINE and other life science journals for biomedical articles back to the 1950s. PubMed includes links to full text articles and other related resources.

Understanding & Using CINAHL

CINAHL with Full Text is the world's most comprehensive source of full text for nursing & allied health journals, providing full text for more than 580 journals indexed in CINAHL.CINAHL with Full Text also includes the Pre-CINAHL dataset. Pre-CINAHL is intended to provide current awareness of new journal articles, and is a collection of records that provide basic bibliographic information before they are indexed with CINAHL Headings. As Pre-CINAHL journal articles are indexed, the records are replaced with complete CINAHL records.
