We created this guide to help students enrolled in LGS 311: Intellectual Property and the course's focus on better understanding copyright, patent, and trademark.
Your course textbook, Intellectual Property Law: Legal Aspects of Innovation and Competition, second edition, is available for two-hour, in-building use in Milner Library's Course Reserves.
