My name is Grace Allbaugh, subject library for the Criminal Justice Department. I've created this guide as a jumping off point for research questions you may have throughout the semester. I've compiled lists of books and online resources that should assist you. All of the resources I've listed on this guide are electronic, and should be able to be accessed anywhere. However, if you are on campus, there are plenty of other available resources in the stacks at Milner.
Under the Books tab, I put together several lists of terrorist organization-specific books. This is not a comprehensive list of either organizations or books. If the terrorist organization your group chooses is not on that list, this doesn't mean that Milner does not have resources on that group. Please, check the library catalog (as well as library databases for scholarly articles) for a complete list of books on your organization. Addtionally, the Books homepage includes reference and general resource books. There may be individual chapters on specific organizations within those books.
If you have questions that are not answered by the guide, feel free to contact me! I will be around campus for the majority of your class for appointments, and will continue to hold weekly office hours in Schroeder Hall (see my profile box for specifics). However, as this is an online class, I'm also available to meet with you digitally or over the phone. Feel free to email or call me with any questions you have.
