Annotated Bibliography: Best Practices for NUR 341
For this part of your assignment, you are going to utilize your reference list to create an annotated bibliography. An annotated bibliography contains a summary and/or evaluation of each of yours sources. Follow these steps to complete your annotated bibliography for NUR 341:
- Once you have your reference list created, you need to create the annotations.
- Read each article carefully. Take notes. Notes will be helpful when writing your annotated bibliography annotations & synthesis.
- Decide what articles are the best. Look at how often authors are cited in other articles. Choose similar articles on a focused change.
- For each article, be sure to include the following:
- a paragraph of why you selected this study
- a paragraph on how the evidence in the study supports your change
- a paragraph identifying the studies strengths and weaknesses.
