Book Report Guidelines
Write a short paper (2-5 pages) following APA format (including proper title and reference page as well as proper citations throughout) and include the following sections:
• why you chose the book
• the general meaning the author is trying to get across
• strengths and weaknesses of the leadership principles presented
• how can the principles be used in nursing leadership/management
• Would you personally embrace the leadership principles described? Give rationale for your response
