This guide provides guidance, tips, and examples about different types of academic writing like literature reviews, annotated bibliographies, and abstract writing.

What is plagiarism

Plagiarism is:

“An act of fraud; stealing others work and lying about it afterward”.

From Plagiarism.ORG  http://www.plagiarism.org/

You are thus encroaching into another's Intellectual Property.  What is intellectual property?  It is the "fruit of mental labor; creations of the human mind". [WIPO]

Types of Self-plagiarism
