1)  Select a year [1939, 1943 and 1947 are the most promising for this course].
2)  Within each year, several topics are listed.  Click on a topic of interest.

3)  Under the topic, you will first see an explanatory essay on the topic written by an historian.  This essay is a secondary source.

4)  Under each topic, several categories of primary sources are listed (texts, images, visual essays, video, audio, music and other resources).  Browse these sources to find the ones that fit your topic. 

5)  The sources on this site have been translated into English and include newspaper articles, documents, works of fiction, posters, photographs, film clips, etc.
