Document Delivery is a great service to seek out as ISU graduate students. If you find a physical item at Milner Library, you can request a digital scan of selected book chapters or an article from a print journal.

Steps:

1. Locate a physical item
2. Log into your Interlibrary loan account
3. Select Article/Book Chapter
4. Fill out as the loan request with other information about the item (e.g., author, title, page numbers needed)
5. In the "Comments" field, type Document Delivery
6. Submit!
