How To Find Politics & Government Resources

This section will help you find different types of resources relating to topics in Politics and Government. Each page includes resource lists and/or a discussion of how to access certain types of materials.

  • Find Articles with PAIS and WWPSA: This page includes instructions to find academic articles using two of Milner's Politics & Government databases, PAIS Index and Worldwide Political Science Abstracts.

  • Find Federal Legislation: This page explains how to find legislation from a variety of sources - Proquest's Congressional Publications, The U.S. Congressional site, and other sources from the open web.

  • Evaluate Articles: This page lists suggestions for evaluating a resource in order to determine relevance and credibility.
