Overview of Different Scientific & Medical Styles

There are a variety of different styles used within the scientific communities. Listed below are recommended books for some of the major styles. If you are unsure which style you need to use, talk to your professor or journal editor. Most of the other pages in this guide focus on a specific scientific style called CSE or Council of Science Editors Scientific Style.
