These are not included in the reference list and should be cited parenthetically. Permission to use this information should be included either in an Acknowledgment or Notes section at the end of the document. Published interviews should be cited based on the delivery format (e.g. Fresh Air - NPR as a radio broadcast; 60 Minutes as a television broadcast, etc.)

This can be in the form of a text, phone call, in-person, Zoom meeting, direct message, etc. These are not included in the reference list and should be cited parenthetically. Permission to use this information should be included either in an Acknowledgment or Notes section at the end of the document.
