Accessing the 10-K

Every publicly traded company in the United States must make regular reports to the US Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). All filings are publicly available in the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval system (EDGAR).

The 10-k is the annual report and is the most important of these filings. You can search for your company's filings in EDGAR.

Here, search for your company by ticker symbol. Then, on the right side of the page, under "Selected Filings," click on "10-k (annual reports) and 10-Q (quarterly reports)". In that list, there will be the most recent annual report. Clicking on the link will open up the report.
