Milner Library’s physical building has reopened to walk in patrons starting February 1, 2021. However, the library continues to provide virtual reference services, access to Milner computers through the Citrix Virtual Desktop Agent for ISU students, course reserve scans by request, and curbside book pickup (including for local community members). For complete information please see Milner Library’s COVID-19 response page or Ask a Milner Librarian.
Items due between Jan. 1 and Sep. 30, 2020 have been automatically renewed until October 1, 2020 and no fines have been applied. These items may be returned any time prior to the due date to avoid overdue charges. Items checked out on or after June 24, 2020 will not be automatically renewed and are subject to fines and fees as determined by each I-Share library. Fees may be applied to items designated as lost between Jan. 1 and Mar. 15, 2020.
In addition, many libraries are not participating in Interlibrary Loan for the time being. Patrons with any questions should contact our librarians for research assistance.
Although Milner Library has reopened to walk ins, physical items may still be requested using curbside pickup.
