Make an ILL Request with a Citation
https://www.screencast.com/t/pxXkflzPI

This video shows how to request an item via interlibrary loan (ILL) when you already have the citation information of the book or article.
The new interlibrary loan service no longer requires account activation.

NOTES:

  • Although physical items may be requested via Interlibrary Loan, many libraries are not participating in Interlibrary Loan for the time being. Patrons with any questions should contact our librarians for research assistance.
  • You may still request articles through interlibrary loan, but many libraries are not participating in Interlibrary Loan for the time being due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so there is no guarantee that you will be able to get the articles you request.
  • The new interlibrary loan software automatically logs you out after 15 minutes, and does not save your request form progress.
  • Although Milner Library has now transitioned to appointment only and virtual services, physical items may still be requested using curbside pickup.
  • Please see the How to Request a Book for Curbside Pickup help video for a video tutorial showing how to request a Milner book for curbside pickup and explanations of curbside pickup for Milner, I-Share, and Interlibrary Loan books.
