Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Requests

Make an ILL Request with a Citation
https://www.screencast.com/t/pxXkflzPI

This video shows how to request an item via interlibrary loan (ILL) when you already have the citation information of the book or article.
The new interlibrary loan service no longer requires account activation.

NOTES:

  • Many libraries are not participating in Interlibrary Loan for the time being. Books also cannot be picked up from Milner Library until further notice because of Milner Library building closure due to the Illinois stay-in-home order in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Patrons with any questions should contact our librarians for research assistance.
  • You may still request articles through interlibrary loan, but many libraries are not participating in Interlibrary Loan for the time being due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so there is no guarantee that you will be able to get the articles you request.
  • The new interlibrary loan software automatically logs you out after 15 minutes, and does not save your request form progress.
