Meetings to Attend

Collection Development:
Collection Development meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month from 9:00 - 10:30 am. Topics covered are most relevant for those involved with selecting, ordering, processing, weeding, etc. of materials.

Instruction and Student Engagement meetings:
Instruction and Student Engagement meetings are held periodically and cover issues and topics related to library instruction.

Library Council (LC):
Library Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 9:00 - 10:00 am.  Members are elected.  Meetings are open to all.

Library Operations Council (LOC):
Library Operations Council meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month from 1:00 -  2:00 pm.  Members are the heads of divisions and units.  Meetings are open to all.

NTT Caucus:
NTT Caucus meetings are held 9:00 -10:00 am on the fourth Thursday of the month.  Meetings are open to all.

Public Services: 
Public Services meetings are held the first Friday of each month from 9:00 - 10:00 am. Agendas are relevant for all units in the Public Services division as well as other librarians and staff.

Research Services:
Research Services meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month from 9:00 - 10:00 am and cover topics related to Reference Desk service.

Tenure Track Caucus:
Tenure Track Caucus meetings are held 9:00-10:00 am on the second Thursday of each month.  Meetings are open to all.
