Browser Connector Not Showing

Once you install the Browser Connector, it may not be visible in the browser toolbar immediately.

Typically, you just need to Pin or Show the connector for it to be visible.

Chrome

  1. Once installed, click the Extensions (puzzle-piece) icon, accessed via a icon.
  2. In the popup menu, click Pin
  3. The Connector will now stay visible in the toolbar

If this doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the extension. If it's still not appearing, your Chrome settings may be corrupted. Try resetting Chrome.

Firefox

  1. Once installed, check the overflow menu (click the “»” button to the right of your other toolbar buttons).
    • If in the overflow menu, you will need to resize your address bar to make more room for extension buttons. 
  2. If not visible in overflow, click the Extensions (puzzle-piece icon) panel
  3. Click the gear icon and select Pin to Toolbar to add to the toolbar.

Edge

  1. Once installed, click the Extensions (puzzle-piece) icon, accessed via a icon.
  2. In the popup menu, click Show in Toolbar icon
  3. The Connector will now stay visible in the toolbar

If this doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the extension. If it's still not appearing, your Edge settings may be corrupted. Try resetting them (Settings → Reset Settings).
